This custom plate does not include the standoff screw holes - The pcb will be held by the friction of the switches alone. This is much preferable because standoffs create hard spots on those areas which affects the feel and sound.
Without the standoff screw holes you will have to install switches on the plate and PCB before placing it into the case. You wont be able to Hotswap switches the conventional way, you have to disassemble the case to make sure the switches are properly seated when installing.
