Hype is awesome! I’ve ordered quite a few keyboard plates and am always super happy with the result. The plates are cut perfectly, are excellent quality and customer support is top notch. In many cases I’ve found I prefer Hype plates to stock keyboard plates. I often don’t even buy multiple plates when buying a keyboard anymore because I know I’d prefer a plate from Hype. I have ordered close to 20 different plates from the budget aluminum, red aluminum, pp, abs, black aluminum, and carbon fiber and every plate has been perfect. The customization that is available as well has been great. I love having the option to remove flex cuts and ask for stab cutouts to be slightly larger. Hypekeyboards is my go to for recommending people to have aftermarket plates cut.

I requested a plate for my Class60 in Polypropelyne, the plate that I was sent is perfect. I had previously been using the Class60 in plateless hotswap, this purchase made me fall back in love with my keyboard again. Had a custom carbon fiber plate cut for my NRD Kaze and it came out great! Perfect fit, finish, and quality. Love how it sounds with linears (HMX Macchiatos) too! Oh, and the turn around time was lightning fast!

Requested an aluminum half plate for my Nasu. I sent a plate file that needed some small modifications and the work was done flawlessly. Shipping was quick and there were no issue whatsoever. Order with confidence.

My first custom plate, so I didn’t know what to expect. I picked HypeKeyboards because of all the good reviews - it was obvious Tom is someone you can trust to get it just right. I made a mistake at order and Tom helped me right away with just a small shipping and material fee. After that, I needed help with some sizing issues and he talked it through and even offered to re-cut (although it wasn’t needed in the end). You can also expect almost immediate response on discord if you need anything. I would recommend HK to anyone, especially when you’re dealing with an expensive keyboard. One of the easiest experiences! Also, shipping and delivery didn’t take as long as I thought for a custom order.

I ordered a custom nylon plate for one of my boards and it turned out great. Hype was responsive in their discord when I had a question and shipped quickly after I ordered. Great experience overall and will definitely order from them again.

Had a plate cut for the Venom60, quality is great and it sounds amazing. Quick turnaround and arrived within 2 weeks of ordering in Germany.

Ordered a POM plate for Haven TKL with a plate file I provided to them. Lead time was honestly super reasonable and it was shipped out to me within a very respectable timeframe. The plate was packaged well - there's no way it was going to be damaged in shipping.

The plate I received did have one incorrect cut (a slot/hole for a screw was missing), but it wasn't clear whether the plate file was wrong or if it was a mistake - in the end it didn't matter. They immediately ordered a new one to be made for me within minutes of receiving my ticket, no questions asked (other than clarifying which cut was missing). The replacement plate arrived as quickly and well-packaged as the first, it's perfectly cut, and I couldn't be happier with the end result!
